These Terms of Use constitute a contract between you and Nightjob UG. 

The Liqid Application (the “Liqid App” or “Liqid”) is a platform that allows you to engage in AI-based chat and friend-finding services, enabling users to interact with AI and real users for entertainment, networking, and companionship.

The Liqid App is developed and operated by Nightjob UG, a company registered in Germany with its registered offices located in Hamburg (“Nightjob UG,” “we,” or “us”).

United States Residents: PLEASE NOTE THAT SECTION 11 OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CONTAINS AN ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND A CLASS ACTION WAIVER PROVISION. THESE PROVISIONS AFFECT HOW DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND NIGHTJOBS UG MAY BE RESOLVED.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Liqid, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the Service.

2. Description of Service
Liqid provides an AI-powered chat and friend-finding platform that allows users to interact with AI and real users for entertainment, networking, and companionship. The AI chat is for conversational purposes only and does not provide professional advice.

3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share your account or allow others to use it. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Conduct
You agree to use the Service responsibly and not to:
Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
Harass, threaten, or impersonate others. Upload, share, or promote inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content. Attempt to manipulate or exploit the AI in a way that promotes misinformation or unethical behavior. Use bots, automated scripts, or similar tools to interfere with the Service.

5. AI Interaction Disclaimer
The AI-generated responses are based on algorithms and do not reflect personal opinions. The AI does not provide medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. Users should verify any information received from AI interactions before relying on it.

6. Privacy and Data Protection
Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, and share your information. By using the Service, you agree to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Content Ownership and License
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service.
By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary for operating the Service. We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any content that violates these Terms.

8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or safety of interactions with AI or other users. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via the app or email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
